10 things we learnt from Day 16
If Day 15's journey through ripped pants, Jungle entertainment and the 'bootcamp for chippendales' wasn't educational enough, last night's show provided even more profound insight into life inside the Jungle. Here's the ten things we learnt about the Campmates, and ultimately ourselves, during last night's show
1. Hungover + vote off = emotional day
Or as Joel put it, it was all very #emosh. That's what you get when you crawl into bed at 2am, ey Campmates?!
2. Female iguanas LOVE talc (apparently)
Upon discovering his talc had been tampered with, Martin quickly assured the Camp he knew the culprit. "It smells like a female iguana has bitten it." He declared, because female iguanas are notorious for their love of talcum powder. Actually, it was Joel on one of his Kiosk Keith missions, but that story was SO MUCH BETTER.
3. Everyone is getting lean
And Adam was very keen to show his hot bod off to Camp. Anybody else getting Peter Andre vibes? He'll be penning lyrics soon...
4. Wayne is terrified of... goats.
Of all the things Wayne has come up against so far (giant spiders, nibbly rats, jungle pythons and a crocodile, to name just a few) it was the sight of the terrifying, horrifying, and utterly spine-chilling... goat that got him the most.
5. Hell or High Water could be the next Christmas number one
Coming to no good music shop near you soon, the tale of rising waters and hellish depths accompanied by the finest string quartet the Jungle can find.
6. Larry is as cool as a cucumber
Snakes around head? No biggie. The prospect of forgetting his lines in front of a paying audience is more frightening for this chilled chap.
7. Jordan could give Larry a run for his money in the acting department
Cue exotic Jungle scene. Enter one annoyed Jordan, trudging towards Camp and spitting venom about how Larry, his trusted companion, shouted "I'm A Celebrity..." at the very first hurdle. Campmates looked shocked. Jordan keeps a straight face. Enter Larry from the corner, giggling away and COMPLETELY giving the game away! Who's the actor again, here?
...they got all the stars, just in case you were fooled.
8. Martin's in the girl gang
And he's already started spreading some real girly goss about Adam, who may or may not shave his chest. Oh Martin.
9. Joel would put his consonant in her vowel
His words, not ours. Joel hearts Carol. Carol hearts Joel. Only joking, it was all for a Kiosk Keith secret mission...
Or was it?
10. Camp conversations aren't just about biscuits...
Day 15, preferred biscuit for dunking. Day 16, what it means to be a strong, independent woman. Hear, hear Scarlett!
What twists and turns will Day 17 bring? Who will be the next Campmate to walk over the famous Jungle bridge straight back to reality? Tune in tonight at 8.30pm on ITV.
