10 things we learnt from Day 12
Immunity was imminent, Larry stumbled, Lisa got COVERED, Martin was revolting and you booted out our first Campmate for 2016. Let's take a moment to relive the top learnings from Day 12...
1. Larry needs to wear his glasses more often
He had a stumble in the morning a few days back, and now he's attempted to get into bed with a dozing Carol. Thankfully, Larry gave the hammock a good pat down first so he knew where he was.
2. Carol knows how to get the boys' attention
Girl talk isn't usually too exciting for the boys of Camp, but throw in a mention of nipple tassels? You've got a whole different situation on your hands. In all fairness, Joel just wanted to clarify whether or not they're her luxury items.
3. The thought of a lavish banquet will get you through ANYTHING
Stuck underground with 5,000 cockroaches, 5,000 crickets, green ants, mud crabs and some weird sticky thing that we can't quite work out? Yeah, that sounds fine actually.
4. Nobody can beat Adam at Trials
Joel couldn't do it. Sam couldn't do it. And now, Lisa couldn't do it.
5. Martin's revolting
...except nobody else wants to join him. Whatever floats your boat, Martin.
6. Larry finally lost it...
When Martin mentioned 'revolt' once, Larry let it slide. When he mentioned it for the umpteenth time, Larry could bite his tongue no more. "You go and revolt, Martin!" He declared, as martin sat sheepishly on his hammock. Martin did not go and revolt.
7. They're all rubbish at directions
Left, right, forwards, backwards, WATCH OUT MARTIN! All lost on these Campmates.
8. Jord-AM was born
"Mate it's Jordan""BRO I miss you!""I miss you too pal""BRO""BRO!!"
*wipes tears away from eyes*
9. Stealing lamb shanks is not big and it's not clever
(mainly due to leakage in pockets, pick something a little drier next time Lisa.)
10. Danny became the first Celeb to leave the Jungle
The power was in your hands as you voted to save your fave, and the odds were not in Danny's favour. Bye Danny, we'll miss all your one-liners! Who's going to argue with Martin now?
13 is unlucky for some, but luckily for our Campmates there's no vote on Day 13 (which gives you a whole day to decide who to vote for tomorrow!). We're on at the later time of 9.50pm tonight - see you then!
