Good Morning Britain Health Stars

Last year Good Morning Britain launched its first ever Health Star Awards, giving ordinary people and famous faces the chance to say ‘thank you’ to someone, whether they're a health professional or volunteer who has gone above and beyond to help you, or a member of your family or someone in your community.

We were overwhelmed by the response, with thousands of you contacting us about your health heroes, so this year the awards are back, and they're even bigger and better!

This year there are five categories in which you can nominate someone: - Hospital Health Star, Community Health Star, Children’s health Star, Lifesaver Health Star and Team Health Stars.

The Good Morning Britain judging panel will decide the winner in each category, and the winners and their nominators will be invited to a special ceremony in London on Monday 24 April attended by the Good Morning Britain team.

To nominate someone for an award you must be 18 years old or over and the person you are nominating must be 10 years old or over. The nominee needs to be a current resident of the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man.

Last date for nominations is midday on Monday 13 March 2017.
