Meet Dilys Price, 83, the oldest woman in the world to skydive.
A middle-aged Dilys was growing bored and frustrated with her life, so decided to try her hand at a plethora of potential hobbies to discover her "passion". The 83 year old daredevil describes skydiving as giving her the "ultimate sense of freedom" - and she has gone on to skydive a whopping 1130 times.
She joins Mark and Charlotte in the studio to talk about how the perception of 'old' is changing. Her advice to others? We should all push our comfort zones...
