Toby Huntington-Whiteley has a great upper-body workout for the guys - though women can do it too. It concentrates on your chest and shoulder muscles to really help you build up definition.
The routine:
20 min chest and shoulders
Wide push ups
Rest - 15 secs
Crab walk/toe taps
Rest - 15 secs
Shoulder taps
Rest - 15 secs
Hand walkouts
Rest - 1 min
Narrow push ups
Rest - 15 secs
