Toby's upper body workout

Toby Huntington-Whiteley has a great upper-body workout for the guys - though women can do it too. It concentrates on your chest and shoulder muscles to really help you build up definition.

The routine:

  • 20 min chest and shoulders

  • Wide push ups

  • Rest - 15 secs

  • Crab walk/toe taps

  • Rest - 15 secs

  • Shoulder taps

  • Rest - 15 secs

  • Hand walkouts

  • Rest - 1 min

  • Narrow push ups

  • Rest - 15 secs
