Go sugar free this summer
Do you want to go sugar free this summer? We’re looking for three sugar addicts, who want to give up the sweet stuff and in turn lose weight and feel great.
Here at Good Morning Britain, we want to take three viewers to the sunshine island of Cyprus in mid June to help kick start the plan. You'll be working out and tasting the cuisine of Limassol and Paphos.
There you’ll be joined by our fitness expert Jessie Pavelka and Cypriot nutritionist and cook Tonia Buxton. But this will be no holiday - you have to be willing to work hard and take part in all our experts' activities in order to achieve your goal.
Over the next four weeks we will be following you as you learn about cutting out the sugar and take on our exercise plan. Dr Hilary Jones will also be on hand to offer medical advice on all things related to sugar.
We are particularly looking for people who are considered obese by NHS medical health standards ( i.e you have a BMI of 30 or over) and consider themselves to eat food that contains lots of sugar.

Applicants must be 18 and over

Applicants must be a UK (including Northern Ireland), Channel Islands or Isle of Man resident
Applicants must be prepared to take on the Sugar Free Summer challenge
Successful applicants must provide a doctor’s note that declares they are medically fit to participate in this feature. We must receive this by 5pm Friday 12 June. Those with previous or existing gastric procedures will not be eligible.
If applicants will be leaving their children whilst in Europe, the children's welfare must be taken care of
All entries must be received by 12 noon on Wednesday 3 June 2015
Applicants must have a valid passport with at least six months on it
Applicants must be available for a telephone research chat on Thursday 4 and Friday 5 June 2015. They must also be available to make their own way to London for a recorded interview on Monday 8 or Tuesday 9 June.
Applicants must be able to fly to Southern Cyprus between Monday 22 June and Thursday 25 June
Applicants must be available to travel and appear on Good Morning Britain in the week commencing Monday 8 July to Wednesday 10 July and be available for reasonable filming and possible studio interviews on weekdays up to and including Friday 24 July
