Exposure

Officers are investigating two separate incidents which took place on a bridge between East Lock and Oak Weir Lock on the River Medway.

Police say the offender is described as a boy, aged between 15 and 16 years old wearing a red or orange t-shirt with cargo style trousers.

Police say after exhausting initial enquiries they are appealing to the public for help to identify the suspect.
